Our bread knives were designed with versatility in mind - and the V2 edition continues that legacy with a few thoughtful refinements.

Building on the much-loved original design, the V2 features small but significant tweaks to balance the knife’s composition, with attention to ergonomics - resulting in a smoother, more refined cutting experience.

Inspired by the classic pastry knife, this serrated blade includes a distinctive heel, giving it exceptional versatility in the kitchen. From slicing through the toughest sourdough to preparing a perfect mirepoix, this knife does it all with ease and precision.
