This exclusive edition of our V2 Paring Knife features handcrafted red and white linen micarta handles, bringing together the trusted performance of our refined blade with a new finish. Handmade by Alfie in our London workshop, each knife is individually assembled and finished by hand.
FORM linen micarta is created by layering sheets of linen with resin before compressing them under immense pressure, resulting in a material that is exceptionally durable, water-resistant and designed to age beautifully with use.
Paired with our refined V2 blade, it delivers the same precision and control that has made the Paring Knife a favourite. Designed for the finer tasks in the kitchen, it excels at peeling, trimming, slicing and intricate preparation, offering exceptional balance and accuracy in a compact, versatile form.
