A very limited release of our three most iconic knives. Our chef, bread, and paring, all with limited red and white linen micarta handles - handmade by Alfie at our London workshop. 

FORM micarta is a composite material made from soaking sheets of linen in resin and compressing them under extreme pressure. The resulting material is incredibly durable and water resistant. 

This set is produced using a very high-quality Swedish stainless steel, 12C27.

Forged in the historic heart of British steel, our knives are expertly made from X50CrMoV15 stainless steel for lasting durability and performance.

Care Instructions

Wash by hand and immediately towel-dry. Avoid cutting on hard surfaces such as metal or glass. We recommend professional sharpening twice yearly.
