Our Bread Knife, reimagined in a limited release.

This exclusive edition of our V2 Bread Knife features handcrafted red and white linen micarta handles, bringing together the trusted performance of our refined serrated blade with a new finish. Handmade by Alfie in our London workshop, each knife is individually assembled and finished by hand.

FORM linen micarta is created by layering sheets of linen with resin before compressing them under immense pressure, resulting in a material that is exceptionally durable, water-resistant and designed to age beautifully with use.

Paired with our refined V2 blade, it delivers the same versatility that has made the Bread Knife a favourite. Inspired by the classic pastry knife, its distinctive heel and serrated edge allow it to glide effortlessly through the toughest sourdough.

All knives are assembled and finished by hand, making every piece unique. Due to the natural variation in the linen micarta and the handmade finishing process, the knife you receive may vary slightly from the product shown.
